As a tax associate, you'll collaborate with senior associates and partners, working on high-impact projects involving solar, wind, geothermal, battery storage, carbon capture, renewable natural gas, green hydrogen, electric transmission, and more. This role provides unparalleled exposure to groundbreaking federal tax developments while partnering with some of the industry's most respected practitioners.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive full-time base annual salary ranging from $235,000 to $260,000 (New York City and Washington, D.C. markets), adjusted for other locations based on market data.

Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a tax attorney.
- Expertise or interest in renewable energy incentives, including tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act, and partnership taxation is ideal.
- Exceptional academic credentials; an LLM in taxation is preferred.
