Our client , an Am Law Top 25 firm is seeking junior to senior level associates with 4 to 6 years of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice.
The successful candidate will have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending.

The NY and WDC salary for this position for the class of 2018 to 2020 is $310,000-$390,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified below.
Additional rewards such as an annual bonus may be allocated based on individual performance, utilization and other financial metrics, depending on the individual’s role.
