Senior Director of Biostatistics - Remote, US

Salary Range: $225,000 - $250,000

Our client is a mid-sized biotechnology company dedicated to pioneering therapies and treatments for patients worldwide. In addition to an approved U.S. product, they have a robust pipeline of drugs in development that have shown promising results in clinical trials.

Position Overview:  
Seeking a Senior Director of Biostatistics to lead our team in clinical trial data analysis and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the biostatistics team.
• Manage resource allocation and workload.

Clinical Trial Design and Analysis:

• Lead statistical analysis for clinical trials.
• Collaborate on study design and analysis plans.

Regulatory Compliance and Submissions:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare statistical sections of regulatory submissions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide statistical expertise and guidance.

Qualifications:

• PhD or MS in Biostatistics or related field.
• 10+ years of biostatistics experience in biotech/pharma.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software (SAS, R).
