Securities Associate (All Levels) Charlotte, Chicago or New York
My Client , an Am Law top 25 firm is seeking an associate or counsel with 4 or more years of structured finance and securitization experience, preferably focused on lender-side private warehouse and trade receivables financings (capital markets experience is a plus, but it is not the focus of this role and is not required).

The Global Trade Finance practice group represents banks, funds and other financial institutions, in a variety of structured finance transactions, involving trade receivables, inventory and other trade-related assets.
Deals often include cross-border features (e.g., global trade A/R financings), off-balance sheet structuring for GAAP and/or IFRS, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and balance sheet- and/or ABCP-funding.
This role is focused on trade receivables securitizations, but the successful candidate can anticipate opportunities to participate in structured financings involving a variety of other financial assets.
