Project Development Attorney – Renewable Energy & Infrastructure
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction & Project Development Attorney to join their industry-leading Projects Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, complex transactions within the renewable energy, energy storage, and broader infrastructure sectors. About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction, procurement, and project development, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects. Prior experience in the renewable energy or oil & gas sectors is highly desirable. Key responsibilities include negotiating:
- Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements
- Operations and maintenance (O&M) agreements
- Equipment procurement contracts
- Other project development agreements

Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this position is $250,000 - $450,000 in major markets (Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco). Compensation in other locations will vary based on market data. Bonus opportunities are performance-based and competitive.
