Patent Prosecution Counsel – Leading Global Law Firm
Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Patent Prosecution Counsel with at least two years of experience in patent prosecution. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge patent prosecution matters across 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies. Our client is known for its collegial and team-oriented culture, eliminating traditional boundaries to foster seamless collaboration across practice areas and international offices.
Key Qualifications:
? Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
? Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience
? USPTO registration (or eligibility to register)
? Admitted to and in good standing with a State Bar (or eligible for waiver)
? Expertise in wireless technologies, AI, computer vision, and related fields
? Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred Experience:
? Direct client interaction and portfolio management experience
? Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, NLP, wireless communications, computer vision, and advanced AI applications
Location & Compensation:
This position may be based in any of their US offices (Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, St. Louis, or Washington, DC). The expected base salary for major markets (New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Denver) ranges from $225,000 to $315,000, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance. Salaries in other locations will be competitive based on market data.
