Patent Attorney
A prominent patent counseling firm is seeking a full-time registered Patent Attorney to join their team. This is a remote position, though candidates in the DC area are welcome to visit the office as often or as little as they like.

Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to develop strategic claim strategies.
- Managing a docket of cases across a range of clients, from start-ups to large corporations.
- Supporting additional matters such as drafting opinions, conducting due diligence, and performing landscape analyses.
- Handling post-grant proceedings, including Inter Partes Reviews.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $155,000 - $250,000, based on experience.
