Position Information:
This position is open to Counsel and Senior Counsel. Key Requirements:
- Candidates should be an active member and in good standing of the Texas bar.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law for Counsel candidates and 7+ years of experience for Senior Counsel candidates.
- Have a strong background in Texas employment litigation and advice and counseling.
- Significant experience with adversary proceedings, including litigating matters in both state and federal courts.
- Trial experience preferred.
- Strong background in federal and state statutes that affect the employment relationship.
- Familiarity with employment manuals and other relevant employment-related documents.
- Comfort with direct client interaction, including providing legal counseling and advice on employment-related matters.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
