Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant - Remote, US

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant to join their team. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in leading the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their service and maintenance requirements and deliver optimized solutions to enhance field service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of field service operations and gather requirements from clients to design customized solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including Work Order Management, Scheduling, and Inventory Management, to align with client business processes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service with other systems and applications to streamline operations.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and workshops for client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Field Service, with a focus on service management and field operations.
• Strong understanding of field service processes, including dispatching, scheduling, and resource management, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate.
