Job Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Solutions Architect to design and implement innovative solutions for their clients. As a Mid-Level Solutions Architect, you will lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design sessions with clients to understand business requirements and define solution architectures for Dynamics 365 Customer Experience projects.
• Develop solution designs and architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams during the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements for successful project delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 Customer Experience capabilities, providing recommendations and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform capabilities, including Common Data Service (CDS), Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Experience leading solution design workshops and translating business requirements into technical architectures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
