Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Technical Lead to join their team. As a Senior-Level Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience solutions. You will collaborate with clients and project teams to define solution architectures, develop customizations, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design sessions with clients to understand business requirements and define solution architectures for Dynamics 365 Customer Experience projects.
• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Experience solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and applications to streamline data flow and enhance system functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams during the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 Customer Experience capabilities, providing recommendations and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Experience.
• Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience architecture, data model, and development framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
