Job Summary: Our client is seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their team. As a Mid-Level Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business process assessments and gather requirements from clients for Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central modules to align with client business processes and objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to design and implement integrations and extensions to enhance Dynamics 365 Business Central capabilities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and supply chain processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
