Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Director of Elevated Experiences to join their team, someone who's passionate about creativity and delivering outstanding event experiences. In this role, you'll oversee the creation of unique environments for their festival brands, ensuring their attendees have unforgettable experiences. You'll lead a team and manage projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized environments enhancing attendee experiences.
• Lead and manage team, ensuring timely, within-budget project completion.
• Collaborate with Production Designer on brand-aligned activations.
• Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with stage production teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, project management skills.
• Understanding of event production, experiential marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools; willingness to travel.
