Calling all sharp minds! I'm searching for a talented individual to join a fantastic team at a growing company and become their champion for all things related to internal supply chain software. You'll be working alongside a stellar lead and a team of brilliant colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Master the company's core ERP system and supporting tools, ensuring the supply chain runs like clockwork.
- Become a customer service hero for internal colleagues, tackling questions, issues, and support tickets with a smile.
- Partner with business users to understand their needs and translate them into solutions using the company's amazing supply chain software suite.
- Dive into technical documentation and collaborate with developers to build cool new customizations for the company's systems.
- Test new features and tweaks rigorously to guarantee everything runs smoothly for the team.
- Share your knowledge! You'll be instrumental in training colleagues on all things supply chain software.
- Be a team player - sometimes lending a hand to support other areas within the company is essential (and keeps things interesting!).
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with D365 F&O (SCM / Manufacturing / Production)
- A knack for automation tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps (bonus points for all three!).
- Real-world experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics - you know the ropes!
- A basic understanding of common supply chain systems like ERP, WMS, MRP, PLM, etc.
- Project management skills and a grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Travel: Be prepared for some travel (25% of the time), with work expenses covered, of course!
