Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Project Manager to lead complex implementation projects. As a Senior-Level Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and driving project profitability. You will provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution activities, defining project objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, tracking project expenses and revenue to ensure profitability and budget compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, and developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and escalation as needed to ensure project success.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and enhance project delivery processes.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing software implementation projects, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
