Position: Attorney at Law

Omnus Law is a newly established national full-service law firm currently broadening its scope in the
pursuit of exceptional legal professionals across the United States. We are actively seeking seasoned
attorneys and practice group leaders with a portable book of business ($150k+) spanning across all
practice areas to serve as foundational members of our firm. The right attorneys will have an
entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute to the organization's growth.

the 21st century. Attorneys at Omnus Law enjoy a clear path to partnership income from the onset and a

requirements.
We provide all Omnus attorneys with extensive administrative and practice management support,
designed to enable our attorneys to focus on practicing law. including with your matter intake, conflicts
check process, preparation of engagement letters, administrative/paralegal/associate support,
invoicing/billing, and professional liability insurance. Additionally, Omnus Law provides unfettered
access to all the essential legal resources and necessary cutting-edge legal software (LexisNexis)
necessary to empower every attorney to deliver exceptional service and results to their clients.
As an attorney with Omnus Law, you'll receive compensation based on - and paid upon - collection
without monthly draws and waiting until year-end closure for distributions. Collect more money, scale

Qualifications include:
• JD from an accredited law school
• Portable book of business of $150k or more

• Current Bar admission
