MUST HAVE: (please include in the recruiter summary)
- You have 4-6 years of M&A experience (including with use of representation and warranty insurance);
- Your experience has emphasized private equity/sponsor clients on the acquisition, disposition and growth equity/VC sides;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction (New York or California).
