Job Summary: Our client is seeking an Associate Design Director to join their Enterprise Revenue and Demand team, focusing on tools that elevate client events. As part of a globally distributed team, you'll contribute to their compelling global client offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers responsible for Revenue and Demand tooling, ensuring an industry-leading client experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align design objectives with product roadmaps and develop tactical plans to deliver value.
  • Conduct user/market research to map client flows and ideate improvements, generating design documentation and leading ideation workshops.
  • Drive measurable UX decisions in collaboration with product and engineering leaders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering growth and development.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong background in product design principles and methodology, with hands-on UX design experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cross-platform service design with an outstanding portfolio.
  • Experience in SaaS or multi-app platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry software and understanding of interactive technology capabilities.
  • Knowledgeable about UX/UI best practices, trends, and cross-platform development.
  • Management experience, capable of building and empowering successful design teams.
