The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a bankruptcy associate to join our litigation team in a dynamic office location. Our collaborative team has a diverse and multidisciplinary practice that provides the chance to work closely with senior team members and participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You
- You have 2-4 years of bankruptcy experience; general litigation experience is a plus.
- You have experience drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, appearing in various courts, negotiating settlements, and corresponding with opposing counsel and clients.
- Experience in creditors' rights law is preferred, including knowledge of collateral repossession, the Uniform Commercial Code, equipment leasing, and commercial finance law.
- You have deposition and case management experience.
- You have a J.D. degree (or equivalent) and strong academic credentials.
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the relevant state bar.
- Additional bar admissions are considered a plus.

Compensation
- $230,000 - $255,000 annual base salary.
