Their team is distinguished by its cohesion and collaboration, offering a diverse and multidisciplinary practice that facilitates close collaboration with shareholders and active involvement in business development and client-facing activities. About You:

• You bring 3-5 years of commercial transactional/M&A experience from a distinguished law firm
• Preferred experience with private equity and/or venture capital clients
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple matters concurrently
• Possession of a J.D. degree with outstanding academic credentials
• Admission in (and in good standing with) or actively pursuing admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Illinois or New York)
