Associate - Investment Services (Multiple Locations)

An exciting opportunity is available for a Corporate associate to join the Investment Services team, located in either Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC. Our client’s team operates cohesively and collaboratively, offering a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that facilitates close collaboration with key stakeholders and active participation in business development and client engagement activities. About You:

• You bring 4-6 years of invaluable experience with registered investment companies and investment advisers, including proficiency in regulatory and compliance matters related to federal securities laws such as the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933
• Ability to take a leading or other key role in transactions, particularly those involving investment company reorganizations or mergers
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple matters concurrently
• Possession of a J.D. degree with strong academic credentials
• Admission in (and in good standing with) or actively pursuing admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Illinois, New York, or District of Columbia)
