About You:

• You bring 4-7 years of invaluable commercial finance experience from a reputable law firm
• Proficiency in drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions is a must
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple matters concurrently
• Possession of a J.D. degree (or equivalent) with outstanding academic credentials
• Admission in (and in good standing with) or actively pursuing admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Texas or New York)
