Associate - Finance & Transactions (Chicago, IL; New York, NY)

Our client is seeking a junior Finance associate to join their Finance & Transactions team, based in either Chicago or New York. Their team operates within a diverse and collaborative environment, offering exposure to a range of practices and the opportunity to engage with a global client base.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
• Proficiency in drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials
• Admission in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois or New York)
